本文报道贵州碘缺乏病地区轻度低智儿童(A组)17例,同一地区智力正常儿童(B组)11例以及非病区贵阳市郊智力正常儿童(C组)20例的脑电图与脑电地形图变化。可见A组α频带发育差于B、C两组,B组又不及C组:δ频带功率A组较B、C两组明显增高,讨论了三组脑电生理变化的原因。
This article reports 17 cases of mild low IQ children (A group) in Guizhou iodine deficiency area, 11 cases of normal children (group B) in the same area and 20 cases of normal children (C group) in suburban Guiyang EEG topographic changes. It can be seen that alpha band development in group A is worse than that in groups B and C, and group B is inferior to group C: the power in group A is significantly higher than that in group B and C, and the reasons for the three groups of electrophysiological changes are discussed.
