油菜在越冬期间其养分主要贮藏在根颈部分,同时,油菜根颈是承担上下运输的主要咽喉。因此,根颈的粗细与油菜长势壮衰具有密切的关系。在栽培上常以根颈粗细作为油菜壮苗的重要指标。 油菜根颈是由下胚轴发育而成的,前人对油菜的生物学特性做过许多研究工作,但是从形态解剖这个角度来研究油菜下胚轴木质部的文献报告为数较少。为此,本文拟从形态解剖角度来观察甘兰型油菜子叶期下胚轴木质部的性状,为育种工作早期筛选品种找出简易办法提供依据。
During the winter rape, its nutrients are mainly stored in the root part of the neck, at the same time, rape root neck is to undertake the upper and lower transport of the main throat. Therefore, the root of the neck thickness and rape growth and decline are closely related. In the cultivation of rootstock neck thickness often as an important indicator of strong seedlings. The root of rapeseed is formed by hypocotyl. Many studies have been done on the biological characteristics of rapeseed. However, there are only a few reports about the xylem of rape hypocotyl from the perspective of morphological anatomy. Therefore, this paper intends to observe the morphological anatomy of Brassica napus cotyledon hypocotyls xylem traits, breeding early breeding varieties to find a simple method to provide a basis.
