铁矿石的还原度是其冶炼性能重要指标。本文论述“还原度检测自动装置”的设计原理及调试方法。研制无刀口式电子天平(微感量测重传感器),在高温下自动检测铁矿石还原反应瞬时的重量变化,进行连续动态自动称量,在5公斤荷重下具有毫克级的灵敏度。 装置内部研制有试样含氧量给定器及自动除法器电路,实现“参数输入”及“自动运算”的目的,对高温还原反应全过程作自动记录,在仪器终端记录绘画出“还原度—时间”函数曲线。曲线尺寸为200×180毫米,还原度测定误差为0.5%。
The degree of reduction of iron ore is an important indicator of its smelting performance. This article discusses the design principle and debugging method of “automatic detection device of reduction degree”. Developed knifeless electronic balance (micro-volume measurement of the sensor), at high temperatures automatically detect the iron ore reduction reaction instantaneous weight change, continuous dynamic automatic weighing, with 5 mg load with milligram-level sensitivity. The device has been developed within the sample oxygen setter and automatic divider circuit, to achieve the “parameter input” and “automatic calculation” purposes, the entire process of high temperature reduction reaction for automatic recording, record in the instrument terminal “reduction - time ”function curve. Curve size of 200 × 180 mm, reduction of determination of 0.5% error.
