2011年10月,国务院办公厅下发了《教育部办公厅关于做好2012届教育部直属师范大学免费师范毕业生就业工作的通知》,免费师范生的就业工作再一次进入到各地方政府和六所师范高校的工作视野中。本文在探析免费师范生及其就业工作特殊性的基础上,发掘学生基层党组织在促进免费师范生就业工作的优势,进而突出学生党支部的思想指引作用,彰显学生党员的模范作用和辐射力量,践行服务宗旨,在免费师范生的就业工作中充分发挥学生党支部的战斗堡垒作用。
