近年来,党中央、国务院高度重视发展城市社区卫生工作,并将发展社区卫生服务作为深化城市医疗卫生体制改革和有效解决群众“看病难、看病贵”等问题的重要举措,作为构建新型城市卫生服务体系的基础。2007年,社区卫生服务适宜技术项目开始在全国部分城市试点。在两年多的运作过程中,我中心取得了一定的成绩,对下一步的发展也有一些思考。本文旨在通过分析适宜技术项目的运行情况,为相关部门合理制定下一步的发展策略提供参考依据。
In recent years, the Central Party Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to the development of urban community health work, and taken the development of community health services as an important measure to deepen the reform of the urban medical and health system and effectively solve the problems of the masses such as “difficulty in seeing a doctor and seeing a doctor.” As a result, Urban health service system foundation. In 2007, suitable technology projects for community health services began piloting in some cities in China. In more than two years of operation, I have made some achievements in the center, and some thoughts on the next development. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the relevant departments to formulate the next development strategy by analyzing the operation of suitable technology projects.
