祁连山位于青海省的东北及甘肃省的西南部。东西长800公里,南北宽200～300公里,境内盛产有名食用菌——黄绿蜜环菌(见封底彩照)。此菌子实体肥嫩,味道鲜美,香气浓郁,营养丰富,且有药效,被誉为“祁连一宝”。解放前,每当黄绿蜜环菌的出菇季节,四川、甘肃、西宁等地的商人就聚在俄博、八宝等地收购干菇,再转销他地。1984年8月间,我们实地调查了黄绿蜜环菌的形态特征、生长环境、营养成分和采集加工,现报告如下。
Qilian Mountains are located in the northeast of Qinghai Province and southwest of Gansu Province. 800 km east-west, north-south width of 200 to 300 km, the territory is rich in famous edible fungus - yellow green Armillaria (see the back cover color photos). This fungus entity fat and tender, delicious, rich aroma, nutrient-rich, and effective, known as “a Qilian treasure.” Before the liberation, whenever the fruiting season of Armillaria mellea, merchants in Sichuan, Gansu, Xining and other places gathered in Russia, Babao and other places to buy dried mushrooms, and then sell him. In August 1984, we investigated the morphological characteristics, growth environment, nutrition composition and collection and processing of Armillaria mellea on the spot. The report is as follows.
