本文讨论了工业厂房中吊车轨道的设计和选用方法。对有关轨道断面、轨顶宽度的确定、轨腹与上翼缘连接的颈部、轨道高度、轨道特性及热处理要求进行了论述;对轨道接头处理、伸缩缝处连接方式进行了比较;对吊车轨道下的弹性垫料的作用等问题作了介绍。最后推荐了目前国内大都趋向采用焊接长轨的连接方法,归纳了解决长轨纵向自由胀缩的几种形式,并提出了焊接长轨中少设或不设伸缩缝的有效措施及有关支承结构的典型设计。
This article discusses the design and selection of crane rails in an industrial plant. The determination of the relevant track sections, the width of the rail tops, the neck, track height, track characteristics and heat treatment requirements for connecting the rails with the upper flange are discussed; the rail joint treatment and the connection at the expansion joints are compared; the cranes are compared; Problems such as the role of the elastic underlay under the track were introduced.
