1病历摘要女,37岁。于2010-03-09来我科行第二次面部磨削术,术前给予0.5%利多卡因400mg+肾上腺素0.1mg,作面部浸润麻醉。约5min后,患者出现寒战、胸闷、心慌,测P120次/min,随之出现呼吸不畅,测BP96/50mm Hg,脉搏细弱,无法监测。怀疑利多卡因过敏,立即给予吸氧,0.1%肾上腺素1mg肌内注射,地塞米松10mg肌内注射,症状缓解不明显,随即出现烦躁不安、舌根后坠、
