目的探讨原发性高血压左心室肥厚与心律失常的关系。方法收集182例原发性高血压患者的资料,对其超声心动图左室重量指标的测定,与其静息同步12导联心电图、动态心电图心律失常发生情况进行比较,寻找有无相关性。结果左心室肥厚组平均左室重量指标水平为(152.6±15.8)g/m2,和左心室正常者相比差异有显著性(p<0.01)。左心室肥厚组室性心律失常及复杂性室性心律失常的检出率为87.18%和44.87%,明显高于左心室正常组(29.80%和8.65%),差异有显著性(p<0.01)。结论原发性高血压左心室肥厚相关性心律失常与左室肥厚的程度有明显的关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between left ventricular hypertrophy and arrhythmia in essential hypertension. Methods The data of 182 patients with essential hypertension were collected. The left ventricular mass index of echocardiography was compared with resting 12-lead electrocardiogram and ambulatory electrocardiogram arrhythmia to find whether there was any correlation. Results The average LV mass index of left ventricular hypertrophy group was (152.6 ± 15.8) g / m2, which was significantly different from that of normal left ventricle group (p <0.01). The detection rates of ventricular arrhythmia and complicated ventricular arrhythmia in left ventricular hypertrophy group were 87.18% and 44.87%, which were significantly higher than those in normal left ventricle (29.80% vs 8.65%, p <0.01) . Conclusion Essential hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy-related arrhythmias has a significant relationship with the degree of left ventricular hypertrophy.
