目的:建立蛇连川贝胶囊(蛇胆、川贝母、半夏、黄连、甘草)中贝母素甲的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,使用C18柱,流动相乙腈-水-二乙胺(70∶30∶0.3);ELSD漂移管温度70℃,氮气流速2.0 L.min-1,柱温35℃。结果:贝母素甲与杂质得到很好分离,进样量在0.18~1.08μg时线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=1.170 6X+6.26(r=0.999 5),平均加样回收率99.79%,RSD 2.0%。结论:方法结果准确,便于操作,可作为蛇连川贝胶囊的质量控制方法之一。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of Fritillaria in snake Lichuanchuanbei capsules (snake gall, Fritillaria cirrhosa, Pinellia, Coptis, licorice). Methods: HPLC method was used. C18 column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-diethylamine (70:30:0.3). The temperature of ELSD drift tube was 70 ℃, the flow rate of nitrogen was 2.0 L.min-1 and the temperature was 35 ℃. Results: The results showed that the separation of Fritillaria and its impurities was well. The linearity was good at the range of 0.18-1.08 μg with a regression equation of Y = 1.170 6X + 6.26 (r = 0.999 5) with an average recovery of 99.79% RSD 2.0%. Conclusion: The method is accurate and easy to operate, and can be used as one of the quality control methods of Shenshi Chuanbei capsule.
