军人心理素质研究是一个复杂的系统工程。经过研究者不懈努力,近年来逐渐累积了较为丰富的研究成果。本文第一部分介绍了近20年来国内关于军人心理素质的理论研究,包括内涵、结构、特点、测评以及军人心理素质训练的目标、内容和过程。第二部分梳理总结了军人心理素质研究在军人心理选拔、军人心理训练两大领域的实践应用。总体来看,我军关于军人心理素质的理论研究仍显薄弱,实践应用仍有巨大拓展空间。
The study of military psychological quality is a complicated systematic project. After the tireless efforts of researchers, in recent years gradually accumulated a wealth of research results. The first part of this paper introduces the domestic research on the psychological quality of military personnel in the past 20 years, including the connotation, structure, characteristics, evaluation and military psychological quality training objectives, content and process. The second part combs and summarizes the practical application of military psychological quality research in military psychology selection and military psychology training. Overall, our military’s theoretical research on the psychological quality of military personnel is still weak and there are still huge room for development in practice.
