吉林省人民政府第140号令,公布《吉林省建设项目档案移交办法》。该办法于2002年9月1日起施行。这部政府行政规章的实施,将规范建设项目档案移交工作,充分发挥建设项目档案在经济建设中的作用。
Jilin Provincial People’s Government Decree No. 140, promulgated the “Jilin province construction project file transfer approach.” This measure came into force on September 1, 2002. The implementation of this government administrative regulation will standardize the transfer of construction project files and bring into full play the role of archives of construction projects in economic construction.
