曲细精管壁的平滑肌样细胞对该管内精子的移动起着重要的作用。作者对此进行了研究。实验采用大鼠,以微穿刺法测定了曲细精管内压,并观察了曲细精管对各种自主神经药物的反应性,同时在电镜下观察了肌样细胞的神经支配。结果表明,在大鼠的曲细精管存在着α_1、β及毒蕈碱样受体。α_1和毒蕈碱样受体兴奋时曲细精管收缩,β受体兴奋时则舒张,并查明支配肌样细胞的神经是肾上腺素能神经。另外,采用已分离的人曲细精管,以微穿刺法进行实验。结果表明,与大鼠一样,在人的曲细精管上也存在着肾上腺素能α_1、β和毒蕈碱样受体,α_1和毒蕈碱样受体兴奋则产生收缩作用,β受体兴奋
Smooth muscle-like cells of the seminiferous tubules play an important role in the movement of spermatozoa in the tube. The author studied this. The rats were used to determine the inner pressure of seminiferous tubules by micro-puncture. The reactivity of seminiferous tubules to various autonomic drugs was observed. The innervation of muscle-like cells was observed under electron microscope. The results showed that there are α 1, β and muscarinic receptors in the seminiferous tubules of rats. α_1 and muscarinic receptors excitated seminiferous tubules contractions, β receptors excited when the diastolic, and to determine the nerve is dominated myoid cells adrenergic nerve. In addition, the use of isolated human seminiferous tubules, micro-puncture method for experiments. The results showed that adrenoceptors α_1, β and muscarinic receptors also existed in seminiferous tubules of human as same as rats, while α_1 and muscarinic receptors excited contractile activity.
