1987～1988年,我科救治6例重度新生儿硬肿症。均为早产儿,胎龄30～36周,体重2000～2500克。均痊愈出院。其护理措施和体会如下。 1.复温、保暖:复温以逐步、缓慢为宜。可用热水袋、新生儿保温箱、新生儿辐射台。用热水袋复温保暖应防止烫伤;用保温箱复温保暖,应使箱温保持在28～31℃,湿度保持在60％;用新生儿辐射台复温保暖时应注意将婴儿面部及其它裸露部分用轻薄衣物遮盖,以免灼伤。
From 1987 to 1988, our department treated 6 cases of severe neonatal sclerema. Are premature children, gestational age 30 to 36 weeks, weighing 2000 to 2500 grams. All were cured and discharged. The nursing measures and experience are as follows. 1. Rewarming, warm: rewarming step by step, slowly appropriate. Available hot water bottle, neonatal incubator, neonatal radiators.
