在新的竞争环境下,我国目前相当数量的企业尚未建立营销网络,而且营销方式存在不可忽视的法律问题,企业应依法建立自己的营销网络,规范营销方式,具体做法是:建立为消费者所认可的营销网络;开展“以顾容的需要为中心”的服务营销;合法开展网上营销;重视产品质量,提高市场占有率;运用合法方式,强化进入壁垒。
