彭××男7岁半于1981年3月30日初诊。患儿3岁时右眼出现外斜,未经检查及治疗,2个月前入学体检时才发现右眼无光感,当地诊断为视神经萎缩,经治疗无效转来我院。全身检查无异常。眼部检查:右眼视力无光感,左眼正常。右眼球外斜约20～30°,眶压不高,眼球活动正常。眶内上方深部可扪及黄豆大小之肿块,质硬,稍活动,有压痛。眶深部似有条索与其相连。眼底:视乳头边界整齐,色苍白,筛板清晰可见,血管稍细,余未见异常。诊断为右眼原发性视神经萎缩,右眶内肿块,性质待查,右眶内异物待除外。经耳
