叙述了超导体核辐射探测器的发展及高T_cYBCO超导体核辐射探测器的研制。着重叙述了高T_cYBCO超导薄膜和厚膜Josephson结(桥结)用于核辐射探测的工作原理,高T_cYBCO薄膜和厚膜Josephson结核辐射探测器的制备以及它们对~(241)Am59.5keV低能γ射线,546keV的β射线的响应。结果表明,利用高T_c超导薄膜和厚膜,特别是厚膜的Josephson结完全有可能研制出用以测量核辐射能谱的高T_c超导体核辐射探测器。
Describes the development of superconductor nuclear radiation detector and the development of high T_cYBCO superconductor nuclear radiation detector. The working principle of the high T_cYBCO superconducting thin film and the thick Josephson junction (bridge junction) for nuclear radiation detection is mainly described. The preparation of the high T_cYBCO thin film and the thick film Josephson TB radiation detector and their effects on the low energy of ~ (241) Am59.5keV gamma ray, the response of a beta ray of 546 keV. The results show that the use of high T_c superconducting thin films and thick films, especially the Josephson junction thick film is entirely possible to develop a high T_c superconductor nuclear radiation detector to measure nuclear radiation spectrum.
