《玩具世界》杂志社评出2012年中国十大玩具新闻,从中我们不难看出2012中国玩具行业的十大关键词:(一)、行业并购星辉车模1月9日以2.16亿元人民币收购韩国SK集团—孙公司(爱思开实业(汕头)聚苯树脂有限公司)67.38%的股权,此次收购被看成是星辉车模向上游拓展的一次有益尝试。(二)、玩具质量3月15日晚,中央电视台“3.15”晚会中曝光澄海玩具生产存在的“二料”问题后,全国指向澄海玩具,各地一片哗然!澄海区政府快速反应彻查问题玩具原料,为澄海玩具正名。
