我国 南方小 麦品种的 营养品质 欠佳,其 蛋白 质、赖 氨酸 含量 低 于国 际 和全 国平 均 水平,出粉率 也明显 偏低。要 改善南方 小麦品质 ,首先应 实行良 种良法配 套,充分 发挥现有 优质品种 的作用。其 次要筛选 优质材 料杂交,利 用基因 重组和累 加作用 ,通过严格 鉴定、选 择,培育 优质品 种。还可通过 诱变育 种、远缘杂 交和生 物技术等 方法,改 进我国南 方小麦 品种品质
The nutritional quality of wheat varieties in southern China is poor, the protein and lysine contents are lower than the international and national average, and the output rate of wheat is obviously low.
