桥梁钢结构协会于1986年11月16日至18日,在南京长江大桥桥头召开了1986年年会,到会代表35人,会议首先由副会长李曙明同志作了报告,中国钢协刘万忠同志代表中国钢协邓恩诚副会长向大会表示祝贺,理事长潘际炎同志回顾了一年来的工作,会议结束时,中国钢协常务理事张光暹同志讲了话。会议气氛自始至终热烈紧张,代表们认为这次年会开得很好,很有意义,大家充满信心表示,今后将进一步共同努力,按照中国钢协的章程规定,把桥梁钢结构协会的工作做好。会议完成的三项内容是:
The Bridge Steel Structure Association held its 1986 annual meeting at the bridgehead of the Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge from November 16 to 18, 1986. The meeting was attended by 35 delegates. The meeting was first reported by the Vice President Li Lanming. Comrade Liu Wanzhong, China Steel Association On behalf of the China Steel Association, Vice President Deng Encheng expressed his congratulations to the General Assembly. Comrade Pan Jiyan, Chairman of the Committee, reviewed the work in the past year. At the end of the meeting, Comrade Zhang Guangxian, Standing Director of the China Iron and Steel Association, made a speech. The atmosphere of the meeting was intensely intense from start to finish. The delegates believed that the meeting was well-opened and very meaningful. Everyone expressed with confidence that in the future, they will further work together to make the work of the Bridge Steel Association a good job in accordance with the regulations of the China Steel Association. .
