目的:探讨艽藤I号对RA免疫功能的作用。方法:制作类风湿性关节炎大鼠模型的同时随机分为3组,艽藤I号组、尪痹冲剂组、空白对照组,观测体重变化,足肿胀程度,CH50变化,证实艽藤I号对免疫功能作用。结果:空白组大鼠体重下降14%,尪痹冲剂组下降9%,而中药组为3%,说明本方有增强体质、增强抗病能力,对模型动物足肿胀的抑制以中药组为好,尪痹组次之。免疫指标CH50中药组仅下降2.5%,而尪痹组下降21.5%,对照组下降25.6%,三组之间有显著差异P<0.01,P<0.05,从而证实了艽藤I号对免疫功能的作用,降低免疫复合物的产生。
