目的 证实钩端螺旋体外膜菌苗的安全性和免疫效果。方法 在湖北省荆州市和石首市现场接种钩端螺旋体外膜菌苗 80 0 0 0人份 ,观察 48h内体温、局部红肿等副反应和一年内接种钩端螺旋体外膜菌苗者发病情况 ,同时设对照组。结果 所有钩端螺旋体外膜菌苗接种者未见严重副反应和异常反应 ,仅 2例菌苗接种者有低热和局部红肿 ,48h后消失 ,安全性良好。接种组发生黄疸出血群钩端螺旋体病人 2例 ,对照组发生黄疸出血群钩端螺旋体病人 47例 ,黄疸出血群钩端螺旋体外膜菌苗保护效果 95 .5 7% ,95 %可信限为 85 .43%~ 98.2 0 % ;对照组发生七日热群钩端螺旋体病人 15例 ,七日热群钩端螺旋体外膜菌苗有效率 10 0 .0 0 % ,95 %可信限下限 77.0 8%。结论 钩端螺旋体外膜菌苗安全性良好 ,接种与疫区流行菌群一致的钩端螺旋体外膜菌苗 ,可以取得较好的免疫保护效果
Objective To confirm the safety and immune effect of leptospiral bacterial vaccine. Methods Eight hundred and seventy people were vaccinated with Leptospira interrogans vaccine in Jingzhou City and Shishou City, Hubei Province. The incidence of fever, local redness and other side effects within 48 hours and the incidence of leptospiral inoculation in one year were observed , At the same time set the control group. RESULTS: All the serovar ectomycorrhizal vaccines showed no serious adverse reaction and abnormal reaction. Only 2 cases of vaccine inoculated with fever and local redness showed disappearance after 48 hours and had good safety. In the vaccinated group, 2 cases of leptospira interrogans were found in the hemorrhagic group with icterohemorrhagiae. In the control group, 47 cases were diagnosed as leptospira interrogans in the hemorrhagic group with icterohaemorrhagiae, 95.57% with a 95% confidence limit of 95% 85.43% ~ 98.2%. In the control group, 15 cases of Leptospira serovars were found on the 7th day. The effective rate of Leptospira serovars on the 7th day was 100.0% and the 95% lower limit of confidence was 77.0% 8%. Conclusion Leptospira intercalation bacterin is safe and inoculated with Leptospira interdictal bacterin which is consistent with the epidemic flora can achieve good immune protection
