DXKH—36仿形车床是本厂从德国进口的一台重要加工设备。该设备以其刚性好、效率高而颇受使用者欢迎。然而,在一次维修工作期间,意外事故使该机床纵移刀架进给机构被异物砸裂,造成损坏。尽管采取了一些补救措施来修复被损坏的进给机构,但效果不佳,致使机床纵向进给控制系统经常失灵,工作不可靠。直接影响机床的加工性能和工作效率。现将修复机床的一些经验介绍如下。 一、原理分析 DXKH—63仿形车床的进给传动控制是由“液压—机械”联动机构完成。纵向进给运动及控制是通过该机床液压系统3套电磁换向阀(均为三位通阀)的通断电来控制油缸活塞移动和定位,活塞杆则通过齿轮和
