目的:分析计划生育技术服务人员避孕节育知情选择服务能力情况,以提高计划生育服务质量。方法:将我区2012年1月-2014年12月在职的30名计划生育技术人员作为研究对象,均行基线调查,后给予其相关干预措施,调查结束后评价干预效果。结果:经调查后的结果显示,给予计划生育技术人员相关干预措施后,其模拟接诊评分明显优于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。理论笔试得分明显优于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:计划生育技术服务人员避孕节育知情选择服务尚有较大的进步空间,给予其干预后可强化其避孕节育知情选择服务能力。
Objective: To analyze the ability of family planning technical service personnel to make informed choice of contraception and in order to improve the service quality of family planning. Methods: A total of 30 family planning technicians serving in our district from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected as the research subjects. All the interventions were given after the baseline survey and the intervention effects were evaluated after the investigation. Results: The survey results showed that after giving interventions of family planning technicians, the simulated admissions scores were significantly better than those before intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The score of theoretical written test was significantly better than that before intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: There is still much room for improvement in the contraceptive informed choice service of family planning technical service staffs. After intervention, family planning technical service personnel may strengthen their service of informed choice of contraception.
