为进一步完善食品药品举报奖励制度,进一步调动群众举报积极性,加大对违法行为的打击力度,国家食品药品监督管理总局、财政部对2013年印发的《食品药品违法行为举报奖励办法》(国食药监办[2013]13号)进行了修订。新修订的《食品药品违法行为举报奖励办法》(以下简称《办法》)共六章二十八条,分总则、奖励条件、奖励标准、奖励程序、监督管理和附则。
In order to further improve the incentive system for food and drug reporting, further mobilize the enthusiasm of the public to report and increase efforts to crack down on illegal activities, the State Food and Drug Administration and the Ministry of Finance issued the “Measures for Encouraging Illegal Food and Drugs Reporting in 2013” (State Food Drug Administration [2013] No. 13) was revised. The newly revised “Measures for Reporting Incentives for Illegal Food and Drug Illegal Activities” (hereinafter referred to as the “Measures”) consists of six chapters and 28 articles, including sub-rules, reward conditions, reward criteria, reward procedures, supervision and administration and by-laws.
