古人云“亲其师,则信其道”。师生亲和力是提高教学水平的基础,提升师生亲和力,不仅能提高学生获得知识的效率,而且能提高教师的知识认识能力,是相互影响、相互促进的互动力。中职学校外贸英语教学中提升师生亲和力,要从培养高尚的师德、不断提高自身专业水平、把学生当作教学益友、尊重学生人格、善于用感情去打动、用激励机制促发学生并营造良好课堂情绪、引导学生的向上精神做起。另一方面,师生亲和力并非是越强越好,这其中需要有个科学合理的“亲和力度”。
Ancients cloud “to kiss their teacher, then believe it ”. The affinity between teachers and students is the basis for improving the teaching level. Improving the affinity between teachers and students can not only improve students ’efficiency in obtaining knowledge, but also enhance teachers’ ability of knowledge cognition, which are interactive forces that mutually influence and promote each other. To improve the affinity between teachers and students in vocational English teaching, we should cultivate noble ethics, continuously improve our professional level, regard students as teaching friends, respect students’ personality, be good at using emotions to impress students, Create a good mood in the classroom, guide students to start up. On the other hand, teachers and students of affinity is not as strong as possible, which need to have a scientific and rational "affinity.
