我地区栽培平菇,越夏后产量不高。为此,我们进行了越夏后施三十烷醇试验。平菇菌块是原生产床上用薄膜覆盖越夏的菌块,每菌块(55×35×15cm)重3500g,用直径1cm铁钎打梅花孔,深8cm。药剂是江西工学院试产的三十烷醇—1号。试验分1ppm和0.1ppm两个处理,以水作对照,两次重复,6个菌块。房间事先用煤酚皂和甲醛消毒,分别以1ppm、0.1ppm药液和水浸泡,然后用薄膜包好。从试验结果可看出,施药菌块的新生菌丝萌发比对照早7~10天,其中1ppm比0.1ppm好。施药菌块形成子实体的时间集中,多为群集生长,菌盖肥厚;而对照菌块出菇零星,多为单生,菌盖较薄。试验
Mushroom cultivation in my area, the production is not high after the summer. To this end, we carried out after the summer triacontanol test. The time for the formation of fruiting bodies to form fruiting bodies was mostly concentrated growth and covered with hypertrophy; while the control bacteria were sporadic, mostly single, with a thin cap. test
