目的研究福建漳州地区汉族人正常Bolton指数及pont指数的正常值标准,为本地区汉族人正畸诊断、设计、治疗提供参考依据。方法选取100名福建漳州地区汉族人符合个别正常模型为研究对象,进行测量分析,计算得出Bolton指数及pont指数,经统计学分析,对比组内差异及组间差异。结果男女上下颌牙弓长度及Bolton指数及pont指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),男女上下颌牙量间存在高度正相关,与其他地区正常Bolton指数相比差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论建立了漳州地区正常汉族人Bolton指数的范围及回归方程和pont指数范围,为漳州地区汉族人矫治提供参考。
Objective To study the normal Bolton index and pont index of Han nationality in Zhangzhou, Fujian Province, and to provide a reference for the orthodontic diagnosis, design and treatment of Han people in this area. Methods A total of 100 normal Han Chinese in Zhangzhou, Fujian Province were selected as the research objects. The Bolton index and pont index were calculated and analyzed. The intra-group difference and inter-group difference were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the length of dental arch between male and female maxillary and mandibular and Bolton index and pont index (P> 0.05). There was a highly positive correlation between mandibular and mandibular molar, which was significantly different from normal Bolton index in other regions P <0.05). Conclusion The range of the Bolton index and the regression equation and pont index range of normal Han people in Zhangzhou area were established, which could provide a reference for Han people in Zhangzhou area.
