目的:考察白背三七总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮得率为主要考察指标,出膏率为参考指标,采用单因素试验法考察浸泡时间、药材部位、药材粒径等10个影响因素,用正交试验法考察乙醇浓度、提取温度、料液比等3个影响因素。结果:单因素试验得出的优化工艺条件:提取方法为超声法,浸泡时间50 min,药材部位为茎与叶,乙醇浓度60%,药材粒径≤12目,提取温度60℃,料液比1:40,超声时间15 min,超声功率500 W,提取次数2次。正交试验得出的最佳提取工艺:用40倍量60%的乙醇,在60℃下超声提取2次。结论:该提取工艺可为中药白背三七的开发利用提供参考。
Objective: To investigate the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Panax notoginseng. Methods: Total flavonoid yield was taken as the main index and the rate of ointment was used as a reference index. Ten influencing factors such as soaking time, medicinal materials and particle size were investigated by single factor test. The ethanol concentration was determined by orthogonal test. Temperature, solid-liquid ratio and other three factors. Results: The optimum conditions were as follows: ultrasonic method, soak time 50 min, stem and leaf of medicinal material, ethanol concentration 60%, medicinal material particle size ≤ 12 mesh, extraction temperature 60 ℃, ratio of material to liquid 1:40, ultrasonic time 15 min, ultrasonic power 500 W, extraction times 2 times. Orthogonal experiment to draw the best extraction process: 40 times the amount of 60% ethanol, 60 ℃ ultrasonic extraction twice. Conclusion: The extraction process can provide a reference for the development and utilization of Chinese white back thirty-seven.
