随着全球科技革命的蓬勃发展和国际竞争的日趋激烈,技术进步越来越成为产业发展和经济增长的决定性力量。必须努力促进科技与经济相结合,加强自主创新,大力推动产业技术进步,这是调整结构和转变经济增长方式,增强我国综合国力的关键环节和紧迫任务,也是落实科学发展观的必然要求。
With the vigorous development of the global scientific and technological revolution and the increasingly fierce international competition, technological progress has increasingly become the decisive force in industrial development and economic growth. Efforts must be made to promote the integration of science and technology with the economy, strengthen independent innovation and vigorously promote industrial technological progress. This is a key link and an urgent task of adjusting the structure and transforming the pattern of economic growth and enhancing China’s overall national strength. It is also an inevitable requirement for implementing the scientific concept of development.
