党的十一届三巾全会以来,永安县东坡林场领导和业务、财务人员,一致认为要准确地反映国营林场生产耗费,森林资源状况、分析研究森林资源消长变化规律、加强林木财产管理、提高营林生产的经营管理水平,应当建立一套完整的林木资产记录和管理制度。该场从实际出发、解放思想、大胆实践,1983年建立了林木经济档案。
