单疱病毒性角膜炎为常见而又易复发的眼科疾病。近年来由于广泛应用皮质类固醇、免疫抑制剂,使机体的免疫力降低,因而此病较已往增多。临床上不同年龄的人均可发病。一般单眼或双眼同时或双眼先后发病。1 一般资料 本病的特点为急性感染第6天到第10天左右时,主要为细胞免疫活动,6天后体液免疫开始上升,细胞免疫活动将逐步降低。根据这一特点我院眼科门诊对300例(385只眼)单疱病毒性角膜炎患者进行中西医治疗,临床上获得较好疗效。这些患者年龄最大的78岁,最小的10岁。临床表现都有畏光、流泪、异物感和疼感史。临床检查:结膜充血、水肿、睫状
