侧耳孢子能使人体造成外源性的过敏反应,导致人体肺部病变(即蘑菇肺),从而引起真菌学界和医学界的重视。侧耳属(Pleurotus)的种类较多,它们的孢子及其释放有什么异同和特性?这是研究侧耳生物学特性的一个重要内容。笔者就此对南京市目前栽培的金顶侧耳(P.citrinopiteatus)、美味侧耳(P.sapidus)、糙皮侧耳(P.ostreatus)、漏斗状侧耳(P.sajor-caju)、佛罗里达(P.florida)和台湾侧耳(p.taiwanese)等的孢子做了一些初步观察,现简报如下。
