目的:分析湖北产禾本科香茅属植物芸香草挥发油化学成分。方法:采用水蒸汽蒸馏提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱分析(GC-MS)进行成分分析。结果:经毛细管色谱分离出98个峰,并且确认了其中45个化合物,占总挥发油相对含量91.93%。主要成分为橙花醇(36.72%),其次为杜松醇(4.28%),喇叭茶碱(3.89%),上述3种化合物的含量占挥发油总量的48.83%。结论:采用GC-MS分析湖北产芸香草挥发油的化学成分,为其进一步研究开发利用提供了科学依据。
Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of the essential oil of thyme from the genus Lithospermum of Hubei Province. Methods: The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). RESULTS: 98 peaks were separated by capillary chromatography and 45 compounds were identified, accounting for 91.93% of the total volatile oil content. The main component was nerol (36.72%), followed by juniperol (4.28%) and horny theophylline (3.89%). The content of the above three compounds accounted for 48.83% of the total volatile oil. Conclusion: GC-MS was used to analyze the chemical constituents of the essential oil of thyme from Hubei and provide scientific basis for further research and development.
