目的从西蒙1号甘薯茎叶中提取不同部位,并筛选其抗肿瘤有效部位。方法用水及有机溶剂回流法,从西蒙1号甘薯茎叶中获得其水提取物(SW)、乙醇提取物(SA)、氯仿提取物(SC),以K562、EAC、H22等癌细胞株及S180、U14荷瘤鼠进行体内外抗肿瘤活性筛选。结果SW、SC对K562、EAC、H22的IC50为176.7~1616.6μg/ml,SA对K562、EAC、H22的IC50分别为23.8,62.9,106.3μg/ml。SA2.4g/kg口服10d,对S180、U14荷瘤鼠的抑瘤率分别为48.2%,53.4%。结论西蒙1号甘薯茎叶有一定的体内外抗肿瘤活性,其乙醇提取物为抗肿瘤活性部位。
Objective To extract different parts from the stems and leaves of sweet potato (Simon 1) and screen its effective anti-tumor sites. Methods Water extracts (SW), ethanol extracts (SA) and chloroform extracts (SC) were obtained from the stems and leaves of Simon 1 sweet potato using water and organic solvent refluxing method. The cell lines K562, EAC, and H22 were used. S180 and U14 tumor bearing mice were screened for antitumor activity in vitro and in vivo. Results The IC50 of SW and SC against K562, EAC and H22 was 176.7-1616.6 μg/ml, and the IC50 of SA against K562, EAC and H22 were 23.8, 62.9 and 106.3 μg/ml, respectively. When SA2.4g/kg was orally administered for 10 days, the tumor inhibition rates of S180 and U14 tumor bearing mice were 48.2% and 53.4%, respectively. Conclusion The stem and leaf of sweet potato of Simon 1 had some anti-tumor activity in vitro and in vivo. Its ethanol extract was an anti-tumor active site.
