一、食用菌行业发展现状 近10多年来,中国食用菌产业在农村发展、解决农民增收和动植物生产废弃物再利用过程发挥了一定的作用,并受到国家领导人和专家学者的高度重视。食用菌产业以生态循环经济理论为指导,在调整种植结构、深化废弃物利用、加快推进现代农业产业体系进程、促进农民增收、改善膳食结构、引领健康、出口创汇等领域均做出了重要贡献。 1.国际市场分析 全球主要的食用菌种包括双孢蘑菇、香菇和平菇,主要生产国包括中国、美国、波兰、荷兰和意大利等,其中,双孢蘑菇系欧美国家主栽品种,而香菇则在亚洲国家占主导地位。
