看了《教育装备之变》一文,深有感触。教育装备六十年的发展历程,从一个侧面反映了上海教育的发展,从物资匮乏时期自力更生自制教具,努力满足各个时期的教育需求,到互联网时代,立足教育装备,从理念和实践上引领教育的发展。我们可以从中感受到:教育装备的核心目标就是不断满足教育的需求,引领教育的需求,进而实现人的发展。立足基层学校,我们需要考虑更多的是如何将这个目标化解为实际的行动。结合交大附中这几年的实践,粗略地谈几点看法和体会。
