随着城市化和工业化进程的加速,吉林省作为传统的农业大省,在这一过程中失地农民的再就业问题更加突出,成为新形势下的一个重要课题。如何有效地解决这部分人的生活、工作问题是当前构建和谐社会所亟待解决的。以此从实地调查着手,客观地反映了当前失地农民的生存状态和再就业意愿,并提出了解决吉林省失地农民再就业问题的建设性意见,希望能对更好地解决相关问题起到一定的借鉴作用。
