目的:观察中西医结合治疗口腔扁平苔藓的疗效。方法:对30例口腔扁平苔藓患者,通过中医辩证施治,口服左旋咪唑和多种维生素及局部应用维早酸。结果:30例口腔扁平苔藓患者,临床痊愈率为60%,显效率26.67%,好转率为10%,无效率为3.33%,总有效率为96.67%。结论:中西医结合治疗口腔扁平苔藓疗效显著,无副作用,值得推广。
Objective: To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on oral lichen planus. Methods: 30 patients with oral lichen planus, dialectical administration by Chinese medicine, oral levamisole and multivitamins and topical application of early morning acid. Results: In 30 patients with oral lichen planus, the clinical cure rate was 60%, the effective rate was 26.67%, the improvement rate was 10%, the inefficiency rate was 3.33% and the total effective rate was 96.67%. Conclusion: The treatment of oral lichen planus with traditional Chinese and western medicine has obvious curative effect and no side effects, which deserves promotion.
