从1998年至今,中国科学院的知识创新工程已经走过了五个年头。中国科学院抓住机遇,加快发展,在确立新时期办院方针的基础上,面向国家战略需求和世界科技前沿,制定长期科技发展规划,实施新时期发展战略,把知识创新工程试点工作推进到新的阶段,取得了一个又一个辉煌的成就。2002年是中国科学院知识创新工程实施以来进展最大、亮点最多的一年。在这一年里,中国科学院完成了以研究所进入试点序列为主的组织结构调整和全面推进阶段重大项目的部署。进一步完善了评价体系,改革了科技奖励制度,体制与管理创新已初见成效,创新已经成为研究的精髓,
From 1998 till now, Chinese Academy of Sciences has gone through five years of knowledge innovation project. CAS seizes opportunities and accelerates development.
