前列腺癌是欧美老年男性的最常见恶性肿瘤之一,其预后及治疗主要取决于早期诊断和准确的术前分期,正确处理的情况下前列腺癌的死亡率相对较低[1~6]。随着我国人口老龄化的进程和男性人口预期寿命的延长,我国前列腺癌的发病率日益上升,其术前诊断与分期的方法成为倍受关注的研究热点。磁共振成像(MRI)以其优异的软组织分辨率及多方位、多序列成像能力成为目前前列腺癌术前诊断、分期的最主要、最准确的方法[3,7]。前列腺癌的磁共振成像包括常规MRI及功能MRI两个部分。
Prostate cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in elderly men and women in Europe and the United States. Its prognosis and treatment depend on early diagnosis and accurate preoperative staging. The prostate cancer mortality is relatively low under the correct treatment [1-6]. With the aging of our population and the prolonged life expectancy of male population, the incidence of prostate cancer in our country is increasing day by day. The preoperative diagnosis and staging methods have become the hot spots of great concern. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has become the most important and accurate method for the preoperative diagnosis and staging of prostate cancer with its excellent soft tissue resolution and multi-orientation and multi-sequence imaging ability [3,7]. Magnetic resonance imaging of prostate cancer includes both conventional MRI and functional MRI.
