目的:研究枸杞中黄酮类化合物的提取方法。方法:以乙醇作为浸提溶剂从枸杞中提取黄酮类化合物。设定浸提时间、浸提温度、料液比和乙醇浓度为主要影响因素。通过单因素考察和正交设计研究从而得出提取总黄酮的最优条件,即完成枸杞中总黄酮的提取工艺优化方法的选择。结果:提取枸杞中总黄酮的最佳工艺是乙醇的浓度为75%,料液比为1:16,在70℃的条件下浸提2.5 h。结论:该提取工艺简单、廉价、安全,可作为提取枸杞中总黄酮的最佳工艺。
Objective: To study the extraction of flavonoids from wolfberry fruit. Methods: Flavonoids were extracted from Chinese wolfberry with ethanol as extraction solvent. Set the leaching time, extraction temperature, solid-liquid ratio and ethanol concentration as the main factors. Through the single-factor investigation and orthogonal design, the optimal conditions for the extraction of total flavonoids were obtained, that is, the optimization of the extraction method of total flavonoids from Lycium barbarum was completed. Results: The optimum conditions for the extraction of total flavonoids from Lycium barbarum L. were as follows: the concentration of ethanol was 75%, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:16, and the extraction was carried out at 70 ℃ for 2.5 h. Conclusion: The extraction process is simple, cheap and safe, which can be used as the best extraction technology of total flavonoids in wolfberry.
