“ZLT-I-type high-precision automatic temperature control device” is developed using the principle of quasi-continuous succession. Theory and practice prove that quasi-continuous regulation has more superiority than continuous regulation in practice, especially in the automatic control of the temperature of electric heating furnace (control object with thermal inertia), which shows its excellent regulation performance. Therefore, it is true that continuous regulation has been increasingly valued and widely used both at home and abroad. After the temperature controller was successfully developed in early 1984, a large number of prototypes were used for pit-type carburizing furnaces, tube-type and box-type resistance furnaces in national subjects, ministerial-level subjects and teaching experiments, respectively
