患者40岁,维吾尔族。因不规则阴道流血、流液半年,以“宫颈肌瘤”于1993年3月12日收住院。从1992年8月开始月经周期不规则,经期延长达7～8天,量多,间隔时间长短不定,月经干净时阴道排液时多时少,呈淡血性,无臭味。平素无腹痛及其它不适感觉。体检;血压14/10kPa,重度贫血貌,心、肺、腹无明显异常。妇检;外阴发育正常,阴道内有中量暗红色血液,其顶端被一直径14cm、质硬、表面光滑、基底部宽大、与宫颈外口相连、淡红色的包块填
