IgE介导过敏性疾病早已被人们认识,IgE检测也广泛应用于过敏性疾病的诊断。监测脐血及生后静脉血IgE水平的变化,旨在新生儿期探索过敏性疾病的防治。我们根据脐血IgE水平和有无过敏性疾病家族史分4组进行动态观察和随访。
IgE-mediated allergic diseases have long been recognized, IgE detection is also widely used in the diagnosis of allergic diseases.
