越剧是浙江的代表性地方戏剧种,也是在我国有着广泛影响的重要戏曲剧种之一,绍兴是它的发源地。绍兴小百花越剧团建立于1 986年,是一个在改革年代孕育诞生的新型文艺团体,也是一个最基层的艺术院团。从建团开始,我们以“出人、出戏、出效益”为宗旨,以“团结、务实、拼搏、创新”为团队精神,近三十年如一日,从练功房到排练场,从乡村草台到都市大舞台,无论环境怎么变、条件怎么变、身份怎么变,这一艺术追求和团队精神始终不变,从而也为剧团传承发展奠定
