目的:探讨高原康胶囊在模拟高原缺氧条件下对大鼠颅内压的影响。方法:大鼠进入模拟海拔5 000m的高原低氧环境。实验分为5组:平原对照组、模拟高原对照组及高原康低、中、高三个剂量组。缺氧12h后,各组分别灌服相应药物,给药1.5h后,用直接插管法测定大鼠颅内压。结果:高原康胶囊可明显降低缺氧大鼠颅内压。结论:高原康胶囊具有降低缺氧大鼠颅内压的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Gaoyuankang capsule on intracranial pressure in rats under hypoxia stress conditions. Methods: Rats were exposed to plateau hypoxia at a simulated altitude of 5 000 m. The experiment was divided into 5 groups: plain control group, simulated plateau control group and high, low, medium and high dose groups. After hypoxia for 12 hours, the rats in each group were dosed with the corresponding drugs. After 1.5 hours of administration, the intracranial pressure was measured by direct intubation. Results: Gao Yuan Kang capsule can significantly reduce the hypoxic rat intracranial pressure. Conclusion: Gao Yuan Kang capsule can reduce the hypoxic rat intracranial pressure.
