对于医疗机构而言,救死扶伤是医生的主要责任,这就要求医务人员就有较高的医学专业素养,并且保证医疗质量。医疗质量对病患的健康问题具有直接影响,而医院中的不良事件是引发医疗质量问题的关键所在,为此,医院有必要开展不良事件管理,通过有效的管理来控制医疗事故的发生几率。实际工作中可以发现,医院的上报人员在面临繁重的工作量时,很难保证不出现漏报、误报的问题。鉴于以上问题,可以引进信息技术来进行不良事件管理。文中就对信息化体系在医院不良事件管理中的应用进行简要分析。
For medical institutions, the main responsibility of the doctor to save lives and death, which requires medical personnel have a higher medical professionalism, and to ensure the quality of care. The medical quality has a direct impact on the health problems of the patients, and the adverse events in the hospitals are the key to the medical quality problems. Therefore, it is necessary for the hospital to carry out the management of adverse events and to control the incidence of medical accidents through effective management. The actual work can be found that the hospital’s reporting staff in the face of heavy workload, it is difficult to ensure that there is no omission, false positives. In view of the above problems, information technology can be introduced for adverse event management. The paper briefly analyzes the application of information system in hospital adverse event management.
