为了获得连续采煤机截割臂的工作特性,首先通过试验采集得到了连续采煤机截割臂在井下工作过程中的振动信号,然后采用普适的时域参数描述了连续采煤机截割臂在实际工况下的振动特征,通过计算裕度因数等参数并进行对比分析,得出在选取的时域参数中,峭度指标对工况的变化较为敏感且稳定性较好,可以作为反映工况依据的结论,为连续采煤机截割臂振动信号提取和载荷识别提供了理论依据。
In order to obtain the working characteristics of the cutting arm of the continuous shearer, the vibration signals of the cutting arm of the continuous shearer during downhole work are obtained through the experiment and then the universal time domain parameters are used to describe the continuous shearer cut By analyzing the vibration characteristics of cutting arm under actual working conditions, it is concluded that the kurtosis index is more sensitive to the change of working conditions and has better stability by calculating the parameters of margin factor and comparing with other parameters. As a reflection of the operating conditions based on the conclusion, for the continuous shearer cutting arm vibration signal extraction and load identification provides a theoretical basis.
