讨论煤粉成灰的规律,建立了煤粉锅炉飞灰热损失的摸型。该模型可用于在实炉运行中预报锅炉的飞灰热损失qfh4与煤粉细度R90之间的函数关系,并针对一台实际运行的煤粉锅炉给出了计算结果。结果表明,在锅炉当前运行工况下,某一粒级的煤粉具有较高的燃尽率,也就是说,仅就qfh4损失而言,存在着一个最佳煤粉细度。本文提出的方法对于指导煤粉锅炉的运行,尤其是使用可磨性差,燃尽困难或高灰分煤种时具有一定的实用价值。
Discussed the law of coal dust, established the model of heat loss of fly ash of pulverized coal boiler. The model can be used to predict the heat loss of flue dust in the real furnace operation as a function of the fineness of the coal powder (Rff), and gives the calculation result for a practical pulverized coal boiler. The results show that at the current operating conditions of the boiler, a certain level of pulverized coal has a higher burnout rate, that is, there is only one optimum fineness of the pulverized coal for qfh4 losses. The method proposed in this paper has certain practical value for guiding the operation of pulverized coal boilers, especially when using coal with poor grindability, burnout difficulty or high ash content.
